Publications. Publications Creating a salary project

Hello dear blog readers. In the next article we will talk about reflecting the most pleasant procedure for employees and heartbreaking for management - payment of wages in 1C ZUP. The program provides automation of two payment options: through the cash register and through the bank. There is also the possibility of simplified payment accounting, in which RKO (Expense Cash Order) or payment documents through the bank are not entered at all, and the salary is considered paid when the document is posted "Salary payable". I wrote about this possibility of simplified accounting in the article in the section about setting up “Simplified accounting of mutual settlements”.

Today we will talk about the document “Salaries payable”, about "Account cash warrant" when reflecting payment through the cash register and about a couple of documents “Outgoing payment order” + “Bank statement for salary transfer”, which record the payment of amounts through the bank. We’ll also talk about personal accounts and banks in 1C ZUP.

Payment of salaries through the cash register in 1C ZUP

To begin with, we will assume that in the “Accounting Parameters” on the “Salary Payment” tab the checkbox is unchecked "Simplified accounting of mutual settlements"(I wrote more about this). Now, in order for the salary to be considered paid in the system, it will not be enough to just hold a document "Salary payable" and you should enter a document based on it "Account cash warrant". Let's create a new document “Salaries payable”. In general, I wrote about how to work in this document in an article from a series of review publications about the sequence of salary calculation in 1C ZUP:. So, in the new document you need to fill in the following fields:

  • Month of accrual– indicate the period for which the salary is paid. If in the accounting parameters the setting “Mutual settlements of salaries are carried out in terms of the months of their accrual” is set, then when filling out this document only the amounts accrued in the specified accrual period will be taken into account. If this parameter is not set to the active position, then the document is filled out based on the balance of debt to the employee at the end of the specified accrual month. You can also read more about this setting of accounting parameters in the article to which I already referred a little earlier -.
  • Payment method– can have two states “through the cash register” and “through the bank”. The choice determines the set of document fields, attached printed forms, and also determines the document that will be created “based on” the current one: either “Outgoing cash order” or “Outgoing payment order”. Select the value “through the cash register”.
  • Field "Pay"— determines where the program will take data from when filling out this document. We will select the “Salary” value, and the tabular part of the document will be filled in with all the accruals that have not been paid. There are also the values “Planned advance” and “Advance for the first half of the month,” which I wrote about in the article. There are also values for making inter-account payments: “sick leave benefits”, “maternity leave”, “vacation pay”, “travel allowances” - when you select these values, when filling out, you are asked for amounts accrued only for the corresponding types of accrual. These are the main options for filling out this field.

Next, press the button "Fill in" and the tabular part of the document is filled out by all employees who were not paid wages in the specified accrual month. You can fill in employees according to a specific condition “Selection by condition” or the list “Selection by list”, and also add manually.

Usually in practice it is done as follows. The accountant creates “Salaries payable” documents for all employees. The document is recorded, but not posted. One of the forms (T-53 or T-49) is printed from the document and given to the cashier.

If some employee did not receive wages, then the value is set "Deposited".

Next, based on the posted document “Salaries payable”, a document is created and posted "Account cash warrant". If this is not done in 1C ZUP, then the salary will not be considered paid and the organization’s debt to these employees will remain. So, let's create a document “Expense cash order” based on “Salaries payable”. In the created document, all necessary fields are filled in automatically. You only need to enter the RKO number field manually, since the program cannot know which number is available in the accounting department at the time of salary payment. Also note that the amount differs by the amount of the deposited payment.

After the cash settlement, the salary for these employees will be considered paid. In this case, the document “Salaries payable” will be closed for editing. It can be changed only after canceling the “Expense cash order”.

Also, based on the document “Salaries payable”, a document is created "Deposit of organizations" for deposited amounts.

Payroll calculation in 1C ZUP 3.1
Step-by-step instructions for beginners:

Now, using the example of the same employees, we will understand how payment through the bank is reflected in 1C. Also in the accounting parameters the checkbox should be unchecked "Simplified accounting of mutual settlements." Before reflecting the payment through the bank, you must fill out information about the personal accounts of employees. As a rule, an organization enters into an agreement with a bank to pay wages to its employees using plastic cards from that bank. And a personal account is registered for each employee. These accounts must be entered into the program. To do this, open the form of the information register of the same name. In the full interface, access to the register can be obtained from the main menu items “Payroll calculation by organizations” -> “Cash and bank” -> “Personal accounts of the organization’s employees”.

Let only two of the three employees who participate in the example have personal accounts. In this case, it is necessary to create a Bank in the appropriate directory and fill in information about it.

After that, click the “Fill” button and the tabular part is filled in by those employees who have accrued and unpaid amounts, as well as those to whom we indicated accounts a little earlier for this very bank (Ivanov was not included, although the organization has a debt to him).

We carry out the document and create a document based on it “Payment order outgoing”. All fields of this document will be filled in automatically, but you will have to manually fill in the payment order number, since the ZUP does not know which numbers are occupied and free in 1C Accounting. Also notice the two account fields. The first upper one indicates the number of the organization’s regular account opened in this bank. To automatically fill it in, it is necessary that it be listed in the “Organizations” directory for our organization. But in the field below, the so-called “salary account” is indicated, which is opened when concluding an agreement for the payment of wages through a bank. A total of funds are transferred to this account to pay salaries to employees. In the program, this account is indicated in the directory element "Counterparties: Banks". We used the bank from this directory when filling out information about the personal accounts of employees a little earlier.

We post the document “Outgoing payment order”. Please note that the salary is not considered completed yet.

Uploading payment orders into 1C ZUP using the “Import/export of transactions on personal accounts” processing

Payroll calculation in 1C ZUP 3.1
Step-by-step instructions for beginners:

Now we need to download this payment order in XML format, so that we can then send it through one of the client banks for execution to the bank. The program has special processing for this. “Import/export of transactions on personal accounts”. It can be accessed via the same path as the register with personal accounts, which we worked with a little earlier. Open processing and go to the bookmark “Export of salary transfer”. In the “Export directory” field, indicate the path where we want to save the XML file. The “Branch” number and “Agreement number” of the bank will also have to be specified manually; for some reason, 1C programmers did not implement the storage of this data in some directory. Our payment order should be reflected in the tabular section. Place a checkmark next to it and click the “Upload” button.

As a result, an XML file will be generated in the specified directory. This file is sent to the bank through the client bank. In essence, it states that a certain amount must be transferred from the organization’s current account to the organization’s salary account and distributed between the personal accounts of the specified employees.

After the bank fulfills this order, it is necessary to create a document in 1C ZUP based on the document “Payment order” “Bank statement for salary transfer.”

We carry out this document and now the salaries of the employees are considered paid. It turns out that in order to pay you need to complete a chain of 3 documents:

That's all for today! Soon there will be new interesting materials on.

To be the first to know about new publications, subscribe to my blog updates:

Employers often pay wages non-cash, via transfer to bank cards. To make things easier, a company can enter into an agreement with the bank on salary transfers. In this case, the company needs to transfer the total amount to the bank and submit salary slips, and the bank itself transfers the funds to the employees’ cards.

"1C: Accounting 8.3" supports settlements under such contracts, which are called salary projects here. Directly from the program, it is also possible to electronically exchange documents on these projects with the bank.

Salaries and personnel/ Directories and settings/ Salary projects

When concluding an agreement with a bank, you need to create a new position in the 1C 8.3 directory - salary project. In it you should indicate the bank by selecting it from. The name of the bank will automatically appear in the “Project Name” field (at the bottom of the form); if necessary, the name can be changed manually.

If this project does not provide for electronic exchange with the bank, then there is no need to put the “ ” mark. Then the remaining details will be unavailable.

If electronic exchange is planned for the project, you should check the box and fill in the necessary details: number and date of the concluded agreement, information about the bank branch, current account, payment systems used.

The file format and encoding are set by default; you can select other values from the list offered by the program.

Personal accounts and payroll project calculations without electronic exchange

In order for the bank to transfer funds to employee cards, personal accounts must be opened for them.

If the salary project does not involve electronic exchange of documents, then you need to manually enter the numbers of personal accounts already opened in the bank into the system. This can be done, for example, in the employee form (see the “Employees” directory) by clicking “Payments and salary accounting”:

Get 267 video lessons on 1C for free:

However, it is not very convenient to enter an invoice on each employee's form. The program allows you to enter personal accounts in batches. To do this, use the “Enter personal accounts” function.

Salary and personnel / Salary projects / Entering personal accounts

Here you need to select a salary project and the month for opening accounts, add employees and specify personal accounts, then save and close the information.

Now, in order to transfer accrued salaries to employees, you should create “ “, select the salary project and click “Fill”. The document will contain employees who have entered personal accounts for this project and have unpaid salaries.

Then, based on the “Vedomosti”, a payment order is created and funds are transferred to the bank in the usual way. In addition, the bank will need to submit payroll records for employees.

Personal accounts for a salary project in 1C using electronic exchange

If the exchange of electronic documents is enabled in the 1C 8.3 Accounting payroll project, then the program makes it possible to create applications for opening personal accounts.

Salaries and personnel/ Salary projects/ Applications for opening personal accounts

In the document, you should select the salary project and the opening date. The list of employees is filled out using the “Fill” button or by manual addition. The program automatically fills in information for each employee, which is displayed in the section on the right, including last name and first name in Latin letters.

On the “Plastic Card” tab, enter the employee’s card details. The document needs to be posted, after which by clicking “Upload file” you can upload it to the bank. However, it is more convenient to unload from a special workplace (see below). From the document it is possible to print a list of employees for opening personal accounts.

Electronic exchange with the bank on the salary project

If electronic exchange with a bank is installed in the salary project settings, the “Exchange with banks for salary projects” workplace will be available in the 1C 8.3 program.

Salary and personnel/ Salary projects/ Exchange with banks (salary)

Here you can perform the following operations: credit employees' salaries, open personal accounts, and also close personal accounts of dismissed employees. In the form you need to select a salary project, after which the program itself will determine the current tasks that are waiting to be completed. – unpaid statements or applications for opening personal accounts ready for uploading.

The 1C: Accounting 8 application supports a mode in which a local program, for example, 1C: Salaries and HR Management, is used to calculate payroll and personnel records. At the same time, data exchange is carried out through a file, similar to how the exchange is organized with the client-bank system.

Enabling payroll accounting mode in an external program

To start using this operating mode, follow these steps:

After installing the described settings, in the section Employees and salaries, commands for calling processing for unloading and loading data, as well as documents into which data will be loaded, will become available.

Uploading data into the local program "1C: Salary and HR Management"

To upload data to the payroll accounting program, follow these steps:

As a result, the exchange file will be saved to the local computer, and it can be loaded into the 1C: Salary and Personnel Management program.

In the future, when the two programs work together, it may be necessary to update data on analytical accounting objects contained in the salary accounting information base. In this case, when exchanging, it is recommended to check the boxes for sections of the item Accounting objects.

Sections Chart of accounts And Types of subconto It is recommended to include it in the transfer during the initial exchange and if changes were made to the chart of accounts of the 1C: Accounting 8 application.

Loading salary data into the 1C: Accounting 8 application

To download salary data, follow these steps:

After the file is uploaded to the service, salary data will appear in the 1C: Accounting 8 application (see the next section).

additional information

Salary data is loaded into the following documents of the 1C: Accounting 8 application:

  • Reflection of salaries in accounting (for exchange in ZUP format, rev. 2.5)- information about accrued wages and withheld taxes (contributions) from the payroll is loaded into the document. When posting a document, entries are generated to record wages in accounting, and wages and taxes (contributions) from the payroll are reflected in tax accounting;
  • Salary payment slip (for exchange in ZUP format, rev. 2.5)- information about salary payments is loaded into the document. To reflect the fact of salary payment in accounting and tax accounting, you should enter a document in the program Account cash warrant with the type of operation Payment of wages according to statements or Payment of wages to an employee, indicate the document Statement... and the payment amount.If the payment is made by transfer to a bank, then you must enter the document Debiting from current account with the type of operation Transfer of salaries, indicating Statement... and the payment amount.

Important! If in the accounting parameters settings on the tab Employees and salaries option selected Summary for all employees, then in the documents for salary payment ( Account cash warrant And Debiting from current account) indicate Statement... not required. In this case, when downloading data from the local program "1C: Salary and Personnel Management", you should also indicate that the download is carried out collectively by employee.

When selecting a statement in documents Account cash warrant And Debiting from current account the amount to be paid is determined automatically and cannot exceed the amount indicated in the statement (or for a group of statements, if several are specified). The amount to be paid is determined by the value of the details Payout document Statement...- i.e. Only those amounts for which the value is indicated are considered paid Paid.

In the document Account cash warrant should choose Statement... Through the cash register.

In the document Debiting from current account should choose Statement..., in which the payment method is indicated in the header Via bank.

Uploading data from the local program "1C: Salary and HR Management"

To carry out an exchange with the "1C: Accounting 8" application, in the program settings, you must first indicate with which accounting application you intend to exchange. For this, in the form Setting up the program(menu Service / Program settings), on the tab Accounting program you should indicate the accounting application used (in our case, this is Accounting 8 ed. 3.0), and also select the mode of uploading transactions - with detail by employee or summary.

If you select the upload mode in the settings Summary, then in the list of objects the item Salary payable will be missing. In this case, in the 1C: Accounting 8 application, data on payment statements is not required to reflect the fact of salary payment in accounting.

Processing is intended for downloading data Uploading data into an accounting program(menu command Service / Data exchange / Uploading data to an accounting program). In the processing, you should indicate the organization for which the upload is carried out, the period of the uploaded data and the file for uploading the data.

We wish you success and pleasant work!

We learn to transfer salaries to a card (in 1C: Accounting 8.3, edition 3.0)

2016-12-08T12:42:54+00:00

In this lesson we will get acquainted with the capabilities of the "troika" (1C: Accounting 8.3, edition 3.0) in terms of salary payments employees through the bank.

Accountants who are faced with such payments for the first time have many questions, and today we will try to sort out the main ones.

So, let's begin

There are two ways to pay salaries through a bank:

  • With the help of a salary project.
  • No salary project.

Under salary project means an agreement with the bank, according to which the bank opens for each employee organization personal account.

On payday, the organization transfers the wages of all employees to a special salary account in this bank one sum.

In this case, the payment is accompanied by statement indicating personal accounts of employees and amounts to be paid. In accordance with this statement, the bank itself distributes funds to the personal accounts of employees.

At the same time, different banks have different capabilities and requirements for working with a salary project, if we are talking about electronic document management, that is, when we transfer money to a salary account through a client bank.

In this case (client bank), after sending the payment order to the bank, a letter is sent in any form with one of the following options attached (depending on the requirements and capabilities of the bank):

  • printed and scanned statement of payments for personal accounts
  • upload file directly from 1C
  • upload file from a special program provided by the bank

If we send a statement to the bank in the form of a file (upload), then usually the bank responds by sending us a confirmation file, which we can also upload to 1C.

Creating a salary project

Go to the “Salary and Personnel” section, “Salary Projects” item:

We create a salary project for Sberbank:

Here is his card:

We deliberately do not check the “Use electronic document exchange” checkbox in order to deal with the case when we send the bank statement in printed form.

We introduce personal accounts for employees

Let's assume that the bank has created a personal account for each of its employees. How to enter these accounts into the system? By the way, why do we want to do this? Then, so that in the statement that we will generate for the bank, opposite the employee’s full name, there will also be his personal account.

If we have a lot of employees, we can use the “Entering personal accounts” processing:

But in the example we have only 2 employees, so we will enter their personal accounts manually, directly into their cards (at the same time we will know where they are stored).

Go to the “Salaries and Personnel” section, “Employees” item:

Open the card of the first employee:

And go to the “Payments and cost accounting” section:

Here we select the salary project and enter the personal account number received from the bank:

We do the same with the second employee:

We calculate salaries

Go to the “Salaries and Personnel” section, “All accruals”:

We calculate and process wages:

We pay salaries

We create a new document in which we indicate the salary project and select employees (note that their personal accounts are picked up):

We post the document and print out the statement for the bank:

Here's what it looks like:

Based on the statement, we generate a payment order:

In it, we transfer the total amount of the salary to the salary account of the bank in which we have an open salary project:

Along with this payment, do not forget to attach a statement (with a register of personal accounts and payments), printed above in the form required by the bank (usually this is an arbitrary letter through the client’s bank).

Uploading the register to the bank

Let's consider the possibility of uploading the statement (register) as a file to the bank. If your bank supports this option (or this is its requirement), then go to the “Salaries and Personnel” section, “Salary projects” item:

Open our salary project and check the box “Use electronic document exchange”:

We go again to the “Salaries and Personnel” section and see that two new items have appeared. We are interested in the item “Exchange with banks (salary)”:

There are three basic options for uploading to a bank:

  • Payroll transfer
  • Opening personal accounts
  • Closing personal accounts

Let's focus on the first point. It allows us to upload our statement to a file, which is then sent by arbitrary letter through the client bank.

To do this, select the statement we need and click the “Upload file” button:

When a response comes from the bank, it will contain a confirmation file. You need to go into the same processing and upload this file through the "Download confirmation" button. Using this wonderful mechanism, we will be able to track which statements were paid by the bank and which were not.

Without salary project

In this case Each employee opens an account themselves in any bank (at his discretion) and informs the organization of the full details of this account. The employee also writes a statement on the transfer of his salary in this regard.

On the payment day, the organization transfers the amount due to the employee to his account in a separate payment order.

This method very inconvenient for accounting, especially when the company has a large staff, so many accountants prefer to remain silent about this possibility.

In this case, we do not indicate the salary project in the payment statement.

Print (Ctrl+P)

Exchange of electronic documents with banks within the framework of salary projects

If the bank does not support this standard " 1C:DirectBank" in format XML, then the bank must provide external processing for unloading statements from 1C to its clients working with 1C products in the format required by the bank

In ZUP version 3.1.1 DirectBank technology has been expanded to exchange information with banks within the framework of salary projects. On the part of banks, at the time of the release of version 3.1.1, this technology (in terms of exchange within the framework of salary projects) was supported by Tinkoff Bank. Information about the bank’s salary project can be found on the website https://www.tinkoff.ru/salary.

In ZUP version 3.1.2 a new exchange format with banks for salary projects has been implemented (version 3.5 of the format XML). Now, if version 3.5 format is specified in the salary project card, a field appears in the application for opening personal accounts to indicate the employee’s SNILS (see Figure 4).

A general description of how to start using DirectBank technology is provided on the website http://www.v8.1c.ru/edi/edi_app/bank/to_start.htm.

In most cases (in particular, in the case of Tinkoff Bank), direct exchange with banks requires the mandatory use of electronic signatures. If this has not been done before, then first of all you should install the electronic signature program and the electronic signature certificate on your computer, and after that proceed to the settings of the “1C: DirectBank” service in “1C”.

Which electronic signature program should be used should be clarified with the bank. You must also contact the bank to issue an electronic signature certificate.

General instructions for installing and working with electronic signatures in 1C programs are given in sections http://its.1c.ru/db/metod81#browse:13:-1:2115:2433 and http://its.1c. ru/db/bspdoc#content:527:hdoc .

As a result of setting up an electronic signature, the program must specify an electronic signature certificate that will be used for direct exchange.

To carry out all the work on the exchange with the bank, the program provides a special workplace - (see Fig. 1)

Fig. 1 Workplace “Exchange with the bank on salary projects

The workplace allows you to:

  • upload the statements that need to be paid to a file (for transferring it to the bank) or send them directly through the 1C:DirectBank service;
  • create a printed form - a list of transfers (to transfer it to the bank);
  • download confirmation from the bank about the crediting or non-crediting of amounts on this statement to the employees’ accounts (from a file transferred by the bank or directly through the 1C: DirectBank service);
  • if the amounts were not credited to all employees, then create a new statement for the uncredited amounts;
  • prepare applications for opening personal accounts and upload them to a file (for transferring it to the bank) or send them directly through the 1C:DirectBank service, work on these applications (described in detail in the next section);
  • download confirmation from the bank about the results of opening personal accounts (from a file sent by the bank or directly through the 1C:DirectBank service);
  • manually enter personal account numbers (for example, when filling out for the first time, if you are already working with the bank, and the program is just starting to be used);
  • prepare applications for closing personal accounts of dismissed employees and upload them to a file (to transfer it to the bank) or send them directly through the 1C: DirectBank service. The feature is available starting from version 3.3 of the exchange format.

During the work process, special documents are automatically created from the workplace, which can be found, viewed, and edited in the appropriate lists if necessary:

  • Payment order,
  • ,
  • ,
  • Confirmation of opening personal accounts,
  • .

Exchange work with the bank can be carried out directly using these documents, without using a workplace:

  • upload a statement to the bank directly from the document itself Statement to the bank or several statements in one file from the document Payment order;
  • upload confirmation of payment statement from the bank directly in the list of documents Confirmation of salary transfer;
  • create a document Application for opening personal accounts directly from the list of documents and download it from there;
  • upload confirmation of opening personal accounts directly from the list of documents of the same name;
  • create a document Application for closing personal accounts directly from the list of documents and download it from there.

However, the workplace provides additional opportunities, increasing the convenience of this work. Further work with its use will be considered.

1. Salary project parameters

To use the built-in electronic exchange capabilities, a salary project must be created and described in the program. It can be created either at the moment of specifying the place of payment, or at another moment - added to the Salary Projects directory (Fig. 2)

Rice. 2 Salary project card (directory element)

In the salary project card, check the box Use electronic document exchange. After checking the box, a workplace for exchange with banks on salary projects and the corresponding documents that are generated from this workplace become available.
When electronic exchange is enabled, in the salary project card it becomes possible to indicate additional information that is necessary when generating files for the bank. They must be filled out in accordance with the terms of the salary project.
The bank is selected from the corresponding directory, so you need to create a bank in the directory. It is important to indicate the correct BIC: it is used to control the correctness of employee personal account numbers.
The format version (File format field), as a rule, is the latest (filled in by default). You can additionally check with your bank for the standard version number it requires.
The name of the salary project is used only within the program - for ease of selection if there are several projects. It is generated automatically, but can be edited.
As part of the salary project, the bank can issue cards of one or more systems (at the employee’s choice), for example VISA and MasterCard. The systems supported by the bank should be listed in the table, then they will be available for selection when filling out an application for opening personal accounts.
If the selected bank supports the 1C:DirectBank service, then you can connect to it using the command of the same name from the salary project card.

2. Payment of salary

To generate files for crediting, salaries must first be completed statements to the bank – they contain information about employees and the amounts that should be transferred to these employees. The generated statements are reflected in the table Payroll transfer workplace - such lines indicate that they are ready for unloading.
Each statement is uploaded to a separate file using the corresponding button.
It is also possible to combine several statements paid with one payment order and upload them as one file. To do this, select the statements in the table that should be combined and press the button Payment order.
Instead of the statements included in the payment order, the table displays a line with this payment order.

Statements or payment orders are uploaded either to the specified workplace exchange file directory, or, if it is not specified, to the one selected directly during unloading. The uploaded files must be transferred to the bank.

If the bank supports sending confirmations of the transfer of funds, then after receiving confirmation files they should be loaded into the program. Confirmations are downloaded by clicking the button of the same name in the workplace ( Download confirmations) – indicates the file received from the bank. As a result, a document is created in the program Confirmation of salary transfer .

If the outcome is favorable, the confirmation will contain information that all employees have been credited with money. Such statements are no longer displayed in the list of statements in the workplace. You can turn their display on and off again using the button in the panel above the list.

The amounts on the statement may not be credited to any employee. In this case, the statement line reports Not credited (all lines are errors). For all employees, the debt is again considered unpaid, as if the statement had not been issued.
In this case, it becomes possible to re-issue the statement. Link Reissue confirmation of enrollment is canceled, the statement becomes available for re-uploading the file, and confirmation is again expected for it.

Finally, if some employees’ enrollment is confirmed, but some are not, then the statement line reports Enrolled with errors (partially). For all employees whose enrollment was not confirmed, the debt is again considered unpaid, as if the statement had not been issued for them.

Such a statement ceases to be displayed in the list of statements, as in the case of successful enrollment. In a similar way (using the button), you can enable the display of such statements. Link Reissue You can create a new statement for the bank - it will include employees whose enrollment has not been confirmed. Work with this statement is carried out as with the one created initially: the file is uploaded, confirmation is expected and downloaded, etc.

The program considers that if the amount for an employee was not credited, then it was not credited in full. That is, it cannot be reflected that part of the amount was credited and part was not.

3. Personal accounts of employees

Personal accounts of employees for salary projects within the framework of electronic exchange are stored in the corresponding information register (Fig. 3)

Fig 3. Register of information “Personal accounts of employees for salary projects”

The personal account parameters indicate:

Month of opening a personal account– It is possible to indicate the month from which the personal account is considered open, as well as to store the history of changes to the employee’s personal account. This may be useful, for example, when a new personal account is opened for an employee, but it is required that the transfer to it be made not immediately, but from some future month. Note that the program does not have the ability to indicate that in the same month an employee of an organization has several personal accounts open at the same time (for example, for different salary projects of this organization).

Entering numbers of already opened personal accounts– The personal account number must consist of exactly twenty digits. In addition, when entering a personal account, its correctness is controlled by calculating a control number (from the digits of the number itself and the BIC of the bank specified in the salary project), which is compared with the control number in the number. However, the program simply prompts that the personal account may have been entered incorrectly, but does not prohibit its further use. If such a prompt is issued, you should check whether the account number is entered correctly. If the number really does not consist of 20, but of a different number of digits or it contains other symbols, then you should clarify it with the bank: the standard exchange standard does not provide for such numbers, and subsequently funds may not be credited to such an account.

3.1 Opening new personal accounts

It is convenient to carry out work on opening new personal accounts from the exchange workplace with banks (see the hyperlink for opening personal accounts in Fig. 1). The table displays employees of the selected organization (the list can be further limited by division) for whom the program has not entered personal account information for any payroll project (for example, newly hired employees).

“Deferred” employees are not displayed in the list by default, and an application for opening accounts is not filled out for them, and they are not uploaded to a file. If you subsequently need to apply for them, you will need to click the button with the image of the cards in the panel above the list. Then they will be shown in the list, and to be able to include them in the application, click on the link Resume. Pressing the button again returns the list to its original state, when “deferred” employees are not displayed in it.
